Class Types
Never tried yoga? Don't own a yoga mat? You aren't very flexible? That's ok! Our classes are geared towards any experience level and everyone is welcome! Each station will be set up with a mat and all the props you'll need for the class. You're welcome to bring your own mat, if you have one, and lay it on top of your station - but it's not required. There will be a designated space for you to leave your phone, keys, and shoes so you can fully immerse yourself in the class and show your mind and body the love it deserves!
Unwind & Renew
