Class Types

Never tried yoga? Don't own a yoga mat? You aren't very flexible? That's ok! Our classes are geared towards any experience level and everyone is welcome! Each station will be set up with a mat and all the props you'll need for the class. You're welcome to bring your own mat, if you have one, and lay it on top of your station - but it's not required. There will be a designated space for you to leave your phone, keys, and shoes so you can fully immerse yourself in the class and show your mind and body the love it deserves!

    Instructor: Gina LImmer
    This gentle yin and restorative practice encourages deep relaxation through long-held, supported postures that melt away stress and restore balance. With a focus on mindful breathing and stillness, this class helps reset the nervous system, improve flexibility, and cultivate a sense of peace. Perfect for all levels, Unwind & Renew is your time to slow down, soften, and recharge - leaving you feeling refreshed, restored, and at ease.

    This class is perfect for those new to Pilates and Barre or anyone looking for a low-impact, full-body workout that builds strength, flexibility, and balance. Combining the graceful movements of Barre with the core-focused techniques of Pilates, you’ll work on improving posture, tone your muscles, and increase your mind-body connection. Each session will guide you through safe and effective exercises that will leave you feeling energized and empowered. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine your technique, this class offers a welcoming environment for all fitness levels.     Instructor: Alexandra McKeone
    Hatha Flow is a blend of traditional and modern yoga in which classical yoga poses are creatively sequenced together to steady the mind and bring awareness to the breath. Every class will begin with a centering practice and breath-work and end with deep, systematic relaxation and meditation, leaving you with a whole-body sense of peace and well-being.

  • yoga from the ground up

    Yoga from the Ground Up is a welcoming, hands-on introduction to the essentials of yoga. In this supportive workshop, you’ll learn how to use props to support your practice, explore foundational postures with proper alignment, and gain an understanding of basic yoga philosophy. Whether you're brand new to yoga or looking to refresh the basics, you'll leave with practical tools and suggestions for weaving yoga into your daily life—both on and off the mat.

  • Salute the SUn

    Instructor: Marisa Cohn
    Wake up early and warm the body with an Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow utilizing mindful breath and intention. We'll move from a slow to moderate pace hitting our peak pose then cooling down with a soft ending in savasana. Vocal/hands-on adjustments offered with student consent. Class is set to a carefully thought out soundtrack.
    Tuesday Mornings 5am
  • Awakening Spirit

    Instructor: Marisa Cohn
    All Levels Slow Vinyasa Flow. This is a gentle and mindful class utilizing longer holds unified with breath work, designed to relieve stress and restore your Spirit. Vocal/hands-on adjustments offered with student consent. Class is set to a carefully thought out soundtrack. Always come hydrated!!

  • Pilates Flex & Flow

    Instructor: Carmen Augustus
    Pilates Flex & Flow is designed to enhance flexibility, build core strength, and improve balance through slow, dynamic movements. Join this energizing group class to refine your mind-body connection in a supportive and motivating environment.
